Everything was amazing: service, apartment, location. A++

The staff were all very professional and worked hard to make sure the experience was a "Gold experience" The lounge was amazing. The selection for breakfast and afternoon snacks were impressive. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We would certainly return and would subscribe to the "Gold Experience"

It’s in a great spot but the parking is valet, it was a busy day so no where to pull in, we ended up going to a public lot but wasn’t much cheaper. For a fairmont property, looking dated (carpeting, big curtain hanging in lobby), I know, it’s old, but it’s starting to look it. The room was fine. Front desk wouldn’t give fairmont points (not sure the program, wife cousin was with us and he collects) as we booked on Expedia. Unless you are getting a good rate, I’d probably try somewhere else.
