Grenville-sur-la-Rouge Vacation Packages

Didn’t realize this was an apartment hotel until I checked in. But it actually was a pleasant surprise. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and spacious space was a plus. Keep in mind there is no daily cleaning. Very central location although lots of street noise from construction and partiers on the sidewalk. HVAC thermostat did not seem to work so place was a little cool. Iron was badly leaky. But otherwise well appointed.

The place has potential, nice large rooms with comfortable beds but it was very dirty. As soon as walked in there was smell like sewage, the floors had not been cleaned, the carpet in the master bedroom was so dirty and had something sticky on it and the place was full of fruit flies -also weird toilet seat

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

Spacious rooms in a great location, well equipped kitchen and free parking.
