Sunset Beach Vacation Packages

The hotel is fine but definetely overpriced (location not great, noisy, issues with deposit!). Staff was friendly and I do not think it was their fault but the hotel management. We encounter a few minor and big issues: we booked a Superior room to have more space but we were assigned to a regular room. The room was changed pretty quickly but the second bigger option was literally in the basement, with a tiny window (do not book a Superior!). The main problem was that I was charged 3,000MXP as deposit and never got the money back. It has never happened in my life and instead of helping the hotel just told me to contact my bank. So overall, not really a pleasant experience. They got great extra services like beach umbrellas and coolers though!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rose and I especially enjoyed the free shuttle access I had to the other 2 sister resorts (Cabos, Sunset). Everything was for the most part pretty great usually something or another happens one of my trips but I can honestly say nothing bad happened. I stayed fairly busy at all the pools, beachside Medano, and different restaurants only diving out a few times to the marina and clubs as I booked an all inclusive deal. For travelers looking for all inclusive to maintain the majority of their time instead of eating out I would say PB Rose serves that purpose.
