"We stayed for one night on our way from MA to FL in a superior room and it was great. A nice change from other places we’ve stayed that were below par to say the least. This was just what you should be able expect from a budget hotel. Got a deal on the room too and used some points to get down to $30 for one night. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Stunning marsh front property in a great location with a beautiful view of the marsh through towering oaks draped with Spanish moss. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Two comfortable bedrooms and three beds. Two additional areas have couches that can also accommodate additional guests. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Hosts live in the property next door, are amazing and go above and beyond. Our family of four had a fabulous weeklong getaway and we can’t wait to come back! We kayaked every day and fished and went crabbing off the deck. Local restaurants were within a 30 minute drive and very good. Overall we had a lovely stay in the sleepy fishing village of Shellman Bluff. Highly recommend! "
