"We had a great stay. The inn was perfect.. charming, clean, staff friendly. Nice small heated pool. Was in the heart of downtown, easy to walk to all of the shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful beach. Good value and a great short stay."

"The hotel was pretty good. I came here for my birthday. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see it was somewhat fashioned like an inn or motel, with doors on the outside. I’ve never stayed at a property that cost $500/night in which anyone off the street can just walk up to the door without key card access. Parking can be challenge. Although it was free, at the very least. I was also able to charge my EV on site for free as well. They have two Level 2 chargers in the parking lot. My only gripe was the noise. I stayed in Room 20. Our door is located about 18 inches from the door of Room 21. I could hear the comings and goings of our next door neighbor. Each time they would open the door, have conversation with one another, etc, I was made aware. It was very disruptive. The hotel breakfast was great though. The hotel is in a very walkable area. Theres a plethora of high end and silly niche boutiques to browse through. All things considered, while I didn’t have a terrible experience, I’m not sure the value is there."

"Morning Food options was not worth mentioning. After seeing the options, I left property. Actual condition of Property was not as advertised. The pictures were totally inaccurate. Would not Recommend or stay at property again. "

"I knew the property was a remodeled motel So that being said they did a good job with the exterior ~lots of hanging baskets The breakfast was typical of Major hotels. I liked that you could walk easily to the town and beach We went in April which was cooler than expected The only thing I noticed was not sure it has air conditioning? We didn’t need it but if summer gets hot I’m not sure I would stay there without, I would check"

"Really enjoyed our stay. PROS: - Very nice, very clean property - Excellent service from bell boy and house keeping - Loved our room, very spacious (Rm #1) - Comfortable bed - Plenty of hot water for showers - Bottled waters every day - Great shampoo, conditioner, body wash CONS: -We stayed in room #1, which was right by the bakery door and one of the resteraunt doors. It wasn't an issue until Friday night when loud people were leaving the resteraunt (We go to bed early). -You can't really open a window or the blinds in room #1, since everyone walking through courtyard/ in and out of bakery/hotel can see right in. - The hotel does not have a business center. Of course, it was the one time my husband needed to use an actual computer. But. There was a library just up the street. - Most of the rooms do not have air conditioning. Ours did, but it did not work too well. - No coffee in the room (you could order room service), but had bakery/coffee for purchase right outside the door."

"We loved the spacious room and location of the hotel. The breakfasts delivered to the room was fresh and healthy and good. The staff was very friendly and let us have an early check in. I’d have given the hotel 5 stars but it does need a bit of a facelift."

"Awesome property in a magnificent location. Very clean, great instructions, super easy. if you are looking for something near Pebble Beach you can't do much better. You can walk to the Lone Cypress in under a minute. The property is very clean and obviously well-maintained. Perfect stay. We would definitely return."

"Have going to this place for about 25 years. We go for the location and, generally, pretty good prices LOTS of steps and stairs to navigate, so if you have any back, knee, sight, or age related struggles; it’s very tough to get to and from room For young, or folks with nothing slowing them down, it’s a good place. Owner, Mike, is nice guy We’ve realized, for us, it’s run its course. We come to Carmel a couple times a year, but will go elsewhere next time"
