"Great staff, clean rooms. Some staining on carpets, use of so many disposables could be reduced by simply putting cups on rooms. Room itself was very spacious (suite). I’d definitely recommend and stay here again. Overall I rate the stay 3.5/5 stars. Albeit I’m tough on a hotel that cost this much a night. Steam clean the hallways and U would give it a higher rating."

"One of our favorite stays in Santa Cruz area!! Lynn is a fabulous host and has created an idyllic cottage - it was better than the photos… everything is new and lovely. It is very quiet and set back from the road. My adult kids (and their dog) joined us to attend UCSCz graduation ceremonies for our younger son. They slept on the pullout couch and we had the master bed. We liked having time to relax on the porch and the back courtyard. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Would definitely stay again - thanks Lynn!"
"Six adults, 3-day mid-week getaway, this house was nearly perfect. Clean, large, nicely appointed, and hosts were responsive and helpful. A couple of caveats: no barbecue, showers were very deep drop-down (yes, we were warned, but they were really deep!). Also, there were no instructions for the tv -- it was unplugged and remote was in another room. Overall there were odd remotes here and there with no instructions. None of this spoiled our trip -- the house and outside area were lovely, convenient, super-clean. We would stay there again. "
