The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. I mentioned one time that it was my daughter’s birthday and several times she was wished happy birthday or asked what we were doing to celebrate and made her feel special. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and pier. I never had to move my car once. It was very conveniently located to the boardwalk and other tourist attractions. There were somethings that were just ok. The staff was very nice! A couple things that needed work: the shower head was a trinkle, the side lamp was burn out, the room was very cramped and there was a tiny view from the kind premium. However, with all that being said, the location and price made it all work it. I would stay here again but maybe not for Family weekend at UCSC.
