Every was perfect

Very nice breakfast on the top floor which starts super early. Other than that, the hotel lobby looks like a municipal reception. My room had a weird bath in the bedroom, shower and toilet cubicles with no ventilation. When I arrived late at night, windows were wide open with biting bugs in the room so I had to sleep with repellent on. No air conditioning. Feels like a 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel.

This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

We appreciated them holding our luggage prior to check in and after check out. The staff is very friendly and gracious. The breakfast "spread" was superb. Glad breakfast started at 5am since we had early morning tickets to Machu Picucha. We had 3 rooms. The room on first floor was updated and clean. No tub just an easy into the shower in that room. The other 2 rooms were difficult showers to get into because of high stepping into an old tub. Bathrooms felt old and dirty.
