Let us store our luggage while we did Machu Picchu, Quite clean, constant hot water in shower, comfy bed, but speaking about the bed i think it was 2 doubles put together to make a “king” in the matrimonial room that also had a “mountain view” which was kinda blocked, you have to step out of the room to actually get the whole view. Breakfast option was nice too. Overall 4.5/5 rating from me. Our family room was on the 4th floor. Staff helped get luggage up the circular stairway. Water accumulates quite quickly in the shower. Breakfast till 0800 am only... We came at around 0830...they were kinda accommodating. Was able to grab a coffee.
