Great location near bus stop for Machu Picchu, super-friendly staff (stored luggage), early breakfast, clean room with a beautiful view of Andes from balcony.
This hotel is clean and has all the basic necessities. The staff is great at meeting you at the train and helping transport all your luggage to and from the hotel. They kept our suitcases while we went to Machu Picchu and helped us get to the train station afterwards. It is not luxurious by any means ...
Hotel was clean and had offered better amenities than the rest of my hotels in Peru
It was centrally located near everything we needed. 5 minutes to the trains 5 minutes to buses that take you to Machu Picchu. Shopping and restaurants 2÷3 minutes. Helpful staff. I would recommend using google translator and definitely BUG REPELLENT when you go out.
My room had no window— not good. Would not have rented room if knew that ahead of time.
Perfect in every way. Do not be put off by the price. If you are traveling to Machu Picchu stay here the night before and get a 6am entry. If I go again I'll stay 2 nights but after all the hassle of getting there it is really nice to be able to have a drink & dinner in the hotel the night before ...
