"This was a lovely place to stay. Despite being in NY the room was quiet and big and luxurious. The quality of linens and towels was great. My only complaint would be that there was a big line to check in and check out. They should have more staff at the desk. Otherwise great location and stay"

"The property overall was fine, lobby area was nice. The room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a disaster! The toilet was situated so close to the shower that it made it very difficult to use unless you were a contortionist."

The issue we encountered appeared to have been caused by their own mistake, yet it was not handled or resolved in a manner expected from a hotel of this standard. I had hoped for a more professional and proactive approach, especially given the level and reputation of the hotel. Instead, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful, which significantly affected my overall stay. At this level, guests expect problems to be acknowledged and resolved efficiently, with a focus on customer care. Sadly, this was not my experience."

"The Millennium Hotel is clean and convenient for mid-town NYC. Yhe hotel has an irritating "resort charge," or something like that, that it charges on top of whatever one has paid, not in the price advertised on Expedia. This in my view is close to fraudulent."

"Very Cleaning updated. All Around excellent experience. The only minor dings were the shower has a sliding glass door. The first panel is fixed. You have to go through the open panel in order to turn on the water so you get hit with cold water if you're not careful. Also the rooms are very nicely updated and I wonder why they didn't put in comfort height toilets instead of the old school Lowriders. The other Positive significantly outweigh these two little minuses. It will be my go to near JFK."
