This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Streaming services are available using your own credentials; cable is not provided. Garage is not for guest use. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Did not say yes or no so I booked my stay. I am handing. When I got there, there were five steps like they and two steps on the back. On the website they showed the back of the house as the actual listing. I called vacasa and told them there is no way that I could get up the stairs to the house and they kept apologizing. My family had to push me through the grass and go around back to get in which was hard. I had to sit on pillows in order for them to get me inside which took about 20 minutes. The toilet downstairs was broken and the extra blankets had hair on them. Definitely not clean. I had to go side ways into the master bathroom because my walker would not fit into unless I maneuver my way in. Beds weren't comfortable. I asked for compensation but it was told to me that I signed the contract so nothing could be done. No one checked back to see if I had gotten into the house. We have stayed here twice for family gatherings and he did it both times despite our family being legally parked. While we were initially impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of the house, we started to notice some flaws. However, we started noticing some more like the couch material being ripped, the dishwasher rack being broken and the dishwasher being ineffective which resulted in dirty utensils from previous renters, the oven not heating up properly, and sagging in the deck out back. The area was nice and quiet. We ultimately enjoyed ourselves at the beach but were disappointed in the basic amenities.
