« We enjoyed or stay in this house immensely. We went to the house first to see what type of household items we would need to purchase. To our great surprise, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house is located on Lake Sammamish and central for our travels. Would definitely recommend and will stay again the next time we are visiting from Missouri. »

« We needed a few day stay somewhere that wasn’t a hotel while in WA state dealing with a medical situation. This place was located reasonably close to the facility and offered a great rate. Communication with the property management company was stellar. The unit itself is pretty bare bones, but fits the need. Would stay here again if in the area. »

« The house was large enough for our group with two table options (kitchen and dining room) where we could all eat together which is something I look for when renting a house since we could most meals. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The communication with the owners was great and their response to an issue that arose was quickly addressed. »

It was particularly good to get together for meals, puzzle time, card playing, cousin time, - all while a wedding was unfolding. One regret - the weather wasn't good enough to be out on the deck. « This was my family’s second time at this property. It works well for our family because it’s so clean, it is well stocked, right on the river, and only 10 min from town. An easy way to get a forest get away while still getting takeout so mom doesn’t have to cook! It’s very dog friendly so we get to bring our pups with us, which we always love. »

« The house was lovely. The kitchen could use some kitchen towels (there were none). Also, would have been nice to have foil, plastic wrap. These are usually provided at other rental properties. Check out should be the standard at 11 am. »

« Nice location. Very quite and serene. My companion detected an old smell. Property had dated appliances and decor - red sheets and comforter. Sink did not drain quickly. One bedroom had a hand shower that was difficult to control. Hot water ran out within two minutes when both bathrooms were being used for bathing. So we had to take turns and wait despite having two bathrooms. Host fee was almost as much as rental. That felt excessive considering all of the above. »

« This home was beautiful! Nestled within Suncadia, this was the perfect place for some much needed R&R! Walking distance to the lodge, the winery, the restaurant and the rec center. Although the house was kind of cold it was well equipped with heaters which made it nice and cozy. Can’t wait to go back! »
