Out front is a great view of Mount Si and downtown is a short few blocks walk. Out back, enter another world with your private hot tub, barbecue on the banks of the South Fork Snoqualmie River. The building and grounds have been totally updated to present a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting along the river next to a park. Beyond the park across the street is a beautiful wooded walk along the river which will eventually connect to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail should you choose to go that far. Easy access to all that North Bend has to offer: hiking, biking, Snoqualmie Valley Railway, Snoqualmie Casino, Dirt Fish Driving School, Compass Mountain Bike Tours, outlet mall, breweries, wineries, restaurants, Golf, Skiing, River Rafting, Fishing, movie theater, etc. The space: Moon River Suites #3 is a two story townhome with 1100 square feet of living space. You will have 2 bedrooms, a full bath and balcony with river view upstairs. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area and half bath. Outside on the deck is your private hot tub and barbeque. All the furniture, appliances and supplies are brand new and selected for your comfort and enjoyment in modern style. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher. Kitchen small appliances include toaster oven, pop up toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender. Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, cups, glasses and wine glasses, all types pots and pans. Living and Dining Area: Dining table seats 6, Smart TV, X-box, couch, loveseat, armchair, fireplace, travel desk, coffee table Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, full bath, TV in each bedroom, master bedroom has private deck with outdoor seating and river view. Deck with Private Hot Tub: Shower, hot tub, BBQ grill (gas), built-in seating area Entertainment: 3 Smart TVs with access to your Netflix, Hulu, Xfinity on Demand, etc. Internet Wifi is fast--no problem gaming or watching streaming movies. Tons of restaurants close by to choose from. Close to the outlets. We had a blast in the hot tub and even played the fairy game in the morning. We are big kids at heart! I can imagine how fun this would be with small children. Unfortunately it was very rainy and windy so we didnt spend much time outside. However, the property was beautiful. Check-out process was the easiest of any rental we have had over the years. Fully stocked which is a huge help in not having to run to the store for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags etc. Setting and location were perfect for our needs - downtown but backs up to a beautiful river. Hot tub was great, and the outdoor patio was where we spent evenings relaxing - very nice! Beds were comfortable and plenty of good pillows, towels, linens. Only complaint is that the smoke detector goes off EVERY time we would use the toaster, even if we didn't let it toast very much which of course woke up anyone still sleeping each morning. Thank you to Rick for the excellent communications and making our stay truly enjoyable. The property has xbox with unlimited games, many boardgames and smart tvs for easy use. The best part is the hot tub with views. We spent some time in the hot tub everyday, which is the best way for a physical relax. I am on vocation and just want to spend some time outside the busy city, but still with necessary grocery stores, restaurants, etc. This is the perfect place for me, and my boyfriend is working during the week. The internet is good, too. So this is a dual-purpose place, great for everyone. Sometimes, spending some time in a different place, without long time commuting, could bring a good refresh and boost future work. ##### Trish J. Séjour de 6 nuits en mai 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### David R. 2 mars 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Thoughtful extra touches make this a special place to stay We booked #3 for a ski trip + visiting relatives in Washington (lucked out with a snow storm right before we arrived) and spent 4 nights. The location is great, only a 25 minute drive to Snoqualmie Summit ski mountain and about the same to Seattle/Bellevue area. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The unit itself is tastefully updated, clean, and very comfortable. The hot tub was in good working order and enjoyable. Beyond all this, the owners put in extra little touches that made the experience special. For example, they found out we had 3 kids and prepared a fun "treasure hunt" type puzzle activity that they enjoyed, complete with a prize at the end. The jar full of candy was also a big hit. Communication was excellent throughout. A wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying near North Bend. ##### David R. On one side a view of a river and mountains and on the otherwise the mountain snowcaps. Privacy on both the deck connected to the master room and the deck with the hot tub. The owner was very attentive and available to help with any needs. The property had a lot of amenities including plenty of basic essentials for cooking in the kitchen. Every room was nicely decorated and well thought out with the Tenant in mind. This is easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed which includes five star resorts. I would definitely recommend this for a getaway even during the hiking off season. ##### Melissa B.
