"This hotel is close to the highway with easy access to downtown. The rooms facing the pond are quiet. Rates are great. Bathroom is clean. But the TVs are not smart TVs. Parking is plenty, and service is generally quick. But the staff who checked out gave us the wrong info - It clearly stated on the in-room water bottles that silver members get 2 bottles of water for free, but he told us it only applied to higher tiers. Better training is required. "

"Great AC. Room was clean…thank goodness for tiled floors. The area was not great and it appeared to be a haven for drug users. Did not feel at all safe and I would not stay there again. You get what you pay for, so next time I will spend the correct amount on a safe place."
