Room and hotel was well maintained. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint would be elevators were slow which is common in such a busy city. Check in area can get chaotic. I’d stay here again

Easy place to stay, easy walking distance to the subway, walkable to Central Park if you enjoy your steps. Staff was nice. Easy to store luggage after checkout until flights. If I need to go to Madison square garden again it’s an easy walk so I’d stay here again

Friendly front desk and bar staff. Clean & comfortable beds. The floor in our room was cracked/broken floor boards in multiple places and was uneven. The bathroom shower was open so the floor would be soaked all over. Sink was extremely small. Lighting in the room was too dim/not enough. The price I was charged was way too much for the quality & room but price was unfortunately increased bc of a well known event going on nearby. Would not stay here again.

Nice rooms. I loved the coffee and coffee maker. safe and refrigerator in the rooms. It was large and spaceous. I could not figure out how to regulate the air conditioner and ended up turning it on and off as needed. Lighting was dim and dark. would have been nice to have a chair and bigger closet racks.

Simple, clean, cheap and close to the bus terminal. Honestly I have no major complaints. The staff were nice checking me in. You have pizza and the rest of Hell’s Kitchen one way and a bar/restaurant and Times Square the other way. I guess the only challenge is elevators. Small and slow. Might take you some time getting up to your room if there’s a lot of people traveling up too.
