Romer Hells Kitchen is in a really convenient location! Walkable to Times Square, Central Park and Grand Central Station! Tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and clean. But I loved it when we walked off the elevator you could feel the hustle and bustle of NYC!
Convenient and amazing staff. Also, where else can you find two queen beds in Manhattan? It was perfect for me and my daughter!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Location is great. Especially we were flying through EWR. It is in between Central Park and time sq. I cannot say the room is very clean but acceptable for a family. Staffs are nice but they are always very busy.
Piano bar was a great surprise to have off the lobby. Food and drinks were top notch. Walk to Times square is quick 5-10 max. The walk is great to see pubs and restaurants along the way. Metro is close. Whole Foods is on the next block. Also fruit/produce stand with very reasonable prices in front of whole foods. Great Diners down the street as well. All in. Decent location for anything !
The location can’t be beat. It’s a small thing but if I am walking down the hall to my room and the carpet is very clean like it was just vacuumed, it says to me that this hotel pays attention to the details. This was our second time staying at the Romer Hell’s Kitchen and I would absolutely stay there again next time I’m in Manhattan.
