Was perfect for a one-night stay (2 adults). Friendly staff, clean and comfy room. Super quiet through the night. Convenient walkable location (we were going to a concert at MSG) and close train station at Bryant Park, a few blocks away. We didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop or the restaurant downstairs, so will definitely need to book here again in the future!

It's cozy, the room is small. I was fine that though, but the bed frame was super creaky and one of the bath towels we were given was threadbare and the seams were coming apart. Staff was nice enough, better when we checked in then when we checked out. The restaurant, Isla and Co, was good and the food is hot and fresh, the drinks are creative and delicious. Ben at breakfast and Pam and John at dinner are wonderful. We checked out Daintree when we arrived and the drinks are good. Service is ok. But the view if the Empire State Building is great!

Hotel was in a great location. Room with view of Empire State Building well worth the additional cost. Check in was easy and our room was ready early. Parking garage up the street was easy to get to. Rooftop lounge had a great view. Room was compact, but nicely appointed. Housekeeping were excellent. No ice machine, but you can call and request ice. It was delivered quickly.
