Easily accessible to the ferries and subway stations. Quick check-in and helpful service. Rooms are smaller than most IHG hotels but it is a historic building in NYC, so that speaks for itself.

The breakfasts were very good. Every day was some sort of egg and some sort of meat. All was very good. The only thing I did not like was no coffee in the room and the shower water was never hot. It was warm but never hot so showers were very short. That was the only big drawback with staying here

Close to 2 subway stations (bus stop right outside). Breakfast was very good and covered everyone’s preferences. There is 24 hour deli a few steps away from the entrance which made this place worthwhile for us. Rooms were a tad bit smaller than usual but we didn’t mind that much as we spent most of the time sightseeing

MC HONEST REVIEW Room: 5/5: The room was a great size and we loved coming back each afternoon to find it freshly cleaned. Housekeeping was so warm and respectful, those small things really make a difference when you're away from home. Service 5/5: The front desk team were absolute stars. Nothing was too much trouble. They answered every question, handled every request, and honestly went out of their way to help. At one point they even sorted car service to JFK for us. That kind of thoughtfulness sticks with you. Breakfast 1000/5: Breakfast was genuinely great. Really good spread and a special shoutout to the staff who made mornings feel like a highlight. Location 5/5: Location-wise, you can't really ask for more. Close to the train station, easy to get around, and a solid base for exploring the city. Overall: Great stay, great people. Can't ask for more than that.
