Very well maintained property with fantastic staff. Unfortunately I had to leave a day early to attend a family members funeral and the hotel stated that as I had used a “third party”to book the hotel, I couldn’t be refunded for the additional day, that I stayed. Is there any way that I can be refunded for this lost day?

One of the best Ney York Stay experiences. First of all, the hotel is in a superb location. Very conveniently located right at Times Square and Broadway. The hotel itself is SUPER clean and upscale as you expect it from a Hilton. Check in was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were quite large for a New York stay, certainly above average. 5 Star Experience!!!
