LIVING ROOM: A 200” 4K HD LCD Projector with a futon and throw pillows. PS4 available upon request (bring your own remotes)

KITCHEN: Open concept kitchen off the living room with tile floors, a brand new and modern fridge, oven and stove. The cabinets are stocked with pots/pans, cutlery and dishes for your cooking pleasure

GYM: Updated and fully equipped fitness studio located immediately next door to your rental!

The gym has been fitted with a squat rack, a Kiser machine, free weights and all the equipment you could need including a projector to stream your workouts or listen to music while you work out!

For additional protection, a camera is present in the front foyer to ensure additional safety
