Nice hotel and service in a downtown area plagued by staggering addicts some with syringes still sticking in their bodies collapsed on the sidewalk. homeless living and defecating on the sidewalks. Sad statement of a society that condones and supports this lifestyle. Definitely won’t go back there because of the city, no fault of the hotel

Staff was super friendly from check-in to check-out. Although the area of this hotel is… sketchy to say the least, the hotel seems to take proper measures to ensure the safety of its guests. We had a room with a window looking out onto the street so it got quite loud due to traffic sometimes. The AC also leaks with condensation if you use it after some time, but the hotel is very transparent about it. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay. But only if you can get past the rougher neighbourhood and minor facility issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying for any longer than a night or two.

Overall, the the stay was good rooms are decent size, the waterfront location is also peaceful. We didn’t have much problem except for asking for toiletries. The deuce came on them, but it’s better that way if you want to just ask. All in all, it was a good stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Burrard. Very accessible to transportation and so many dining options and coffee shops nearby. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future!
