It was in a perfect location and had tons of space for all of us (we were a group of 10). The living room space especially was great for watching movies and sat all of us comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough dishes for our whole group. The main detractors were the 3 car limit, which is a little tight for a place that can sleep up to 16 (although I understand the spatial limitations), and that there was a window air conditioner unit letting a ton of cold air into the main bedroom with bunk beds, so it was very chilly for some of the girls who were sleeping in that room given that it is November. Overall a great place for a large group! Dwayne was also very responsive.
