"Such a sweet little cozy place to stay!I would definitely stay here again. So close to everything we wanted to see and do. It had all the things we needed for a great vacation!! And the gift of 100% Maple syrup and pancake mix was perfect!! Very Comfortable "

"Arriving after dark was a bit of a challenge as the address numbers are not easily found/seen. Might be helpful if the property had a small flag/sign at the street to identify. My GPS took me to an abandoned house/property two or three doors away."

"My family of 6 and 2 dogs stayed here for 5 nights. It's a lovely home! The pictures should be redone as they don't do it justice! This home is cheerful, bright and immaculately cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. Kitchen was very well stocked. The kitchen island is cute but chairs are not very comfortable for sitting an extended period of time. The home is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed exploring the trails nearby which were each unique and beautiful. The few shops downtown are very nice. Little Notch Bakery is fabulous! We enjoyed their pizza and blueberry tart! Would also recommend Cafe Drydock. We were able to eat on the small deck with our 2 dogs and the food was delicious! Had a wonderful time and highly recommend visiting the shops in Bar Harbor. We loved the 2 1/2 hour trolley tour which includes a stop at the top of Cadillac mountain! We were able to bring the pups on the Nature Cruise at Bar Harbor whale watch co. It was a 2 hour ride and even though we didn't see much wildlife, except for a few seals, we really enjoyed it. Another highlight was having popovers and lunch at Jordan's Pond restaurant! The view from the outdoor seating (which also allowed us to bring the dogs) was gorgeous! We also enjoyed the 2 hour walk around the pond.We hiked different trails every day. Each one was fantastic. A wonderful vacation in Acadia at a lovely home!"

"We chose this rental as we were still close to Acadia NP without the crowds. Am I glad we did as this rental was easy to park, has nice furnishings and a great hostess. I especially appreciated the size of the rooms, which were spacious with the right amount of furniture.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Cozy cabin in the woods. Everything we need but not cluttered. Happy to find there is a Keurig coffee maker! Brand new toaster! Laundry is in separate small building but was easy to use just walk out door a few steps beyond fire pit. Everything was provided…laundry detergent, (wood for fire pit). Beautiful loft with King bed and a couple of comfy chairs to look at the view of the ocean! Driveway is very steep but we still walked to town a few times. Thank you Vicki for sharing your cabin!"
