"it's in a good area close to shops etc , it's not a luxury hotel but my room was clean , a nice view, and the price was fair. It's basic but I would stay again as you can walk to most everywhere "

"Immaculate clean room, very efficient staff, quick check in. Great location, but be aware that parking garage ( if you use it) is VERY tight. Even with a small SUV we were manoeuvring carefully to get round corners. Wonderful bed, great bathroom great view . We had a Studio Apartment which had all we needed, inc fridge, pots, cutlery etc etc, all new and spotless. Only observation was that there was only one chair. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good value. I would definitely recommend and visit again."

"Main shops and the Te Papa museum within a short walk. If you are a light sleeper I could hear music two of the 3 nights until about 03:50 in the morning. We were on the 4th floor.. When I raised this with the reception I was told it must be one of the surrounding bars which are licenced until 4:00. Room was very clean and made up daily. No breakfast. We tried to access the “free drinks” in the lobby a couple of times but locked. Staff friendly. "

"The staff members were welcoming, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel runs a free and frequent shuttle service to the airport. There are local buses to the CBD nearby. There is a supermarket and a few dining places within 5 minutes walk although the hotel also has a pleasant bar and restaurant."
