Beautiful stay, exceptional customer service We picked Liberty Apartment Hotel for its pet-friendly policy, lovely rooms, central location, and reasonable rates. These aspects all delivered, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The receptionists and housekeepers were always quick to provide additional amenities (more toiletries or towels, etc.) during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized we left behind an extremely sentimental item (our child's irreplaceable stuffed animal) in the linens. The staff--especially Fabian--went out of their way to ensure they double- and triple-checked the room we stayed in, and even contacted the linen company to return our beloved item. We could not be more grateful for their service throughout our stay and even after we left. What a great space for a soft landing in Wellington. I travel continuously for the last ten years and I can say without a doubt the front desk staff is among the most accommodating , professional, helpful staff I have experienced. When the washing machine in my room didn’t work, they offered a change of rooms and to move my luggage and everything. The rooms are nice and roomy, bedding clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sofa in the living area it has certainly seen better days. Transportation is less than a block away, some of the best coffee shops and restaurants right out the door and Cuba Street only 2 blocks away.
