"This property was clean and tidy. Centrally located, it is close to Cuba Street and within walking distance to other popular Wellington sights. Beds were a little firm but fine for 3 nights. Linen was clean. Rooms fresh. Grout in bathroom was discoloured (as others mentioned) and could do with a whitening product, though the spa bath and shower worked very well with excellent pressure and everything was very clean. A mini kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, toaster & kettle, pots & elements mini fridge. All in all I feel I got very good value for money here and we will stay again the next time we visit Wellington. Check in and check out was easy. Parking outside was on a hill but we managed with a Highlander. Staff were friendly and efficient. "
