C’est en grande partie grâce à lui que nous attribuons la note maximale de 5/5 à l’hôtel. Cela étant dit, le reste de l’expérience était également irréprochable : un personnel de réception professionnel, des chambres propres et spacieuses, un petit-déjeuner varié et généreux, ainsi qu’un emplacement exceptionnel pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que San Francisco a à offrir.
