"The spa area in this hotel is fantastic they have a steam room, a sauna and a huge pool and huge hot tub under a sky view window!! Staff always very friendly. Rooms always clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The walking trails and scenic areas are a plus! Also have a full restaurant and full bar on a lakeside view."

"I was impressed with the staff's friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to help. Our flight was not until 5:30pm. We were given a late check out and allowed access to the pool for my 7 yr old grandson while we waited for our ride to the airport. My one and only complaint is that the toilets are too low to the floor. I am only 5 feet 5 inches tall. I recently had double knee replacement surgeries. I have difficulty rising from lower seating accommodations. Perhaps future new constructions and remodels could include a percentage of handicap toilets. Thank you for your consideration."

"I really enjoyed the King Suite. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was nice and the morning breakfast was on par with similar chains. They do have better coffee options which is nice. This will be my preferred hotel while I’m the Chicago - Midway area. "
