"The room was clean and quite spacious. The view was lovely and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and cooperative. But there were no water bottles and shampoo in my room. The hair dryer was also missing. I asked for bottles at the reception and it was provided to me. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was great. Staff was great, very nice However, room was prepaid for and when we arrived at 830pm, it wasn’t ready. The room had some sticky substance on the table between the beds, there were live ants, and the shower floor was all cracked and missing chunks of the floor. The light switch didn’t work by the room door, but the others did work "

"I stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn and honestly had a terrible experience. Around 3 AM there was loud music coming from the room next door, and even after calling the front desk, the noise didn’t fully stop. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking. The room also smelled like weed, likely coming from the neighboring room, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I barely got any sleep and woke up multiple times throughout the night because of the noise. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
