« Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. This caused significant stress and a financial burden. Not impressed at all; I don’t care what the ‘policy’ was. This is not how you treat people. »

« This was a great place to stay for our anniversary. The host always communicated very quickly and was eager to help with whatever we needed. I was a little worried, because I'm used to a king bed, but the queen was just fine. My husband and I slept like babies (very comfortable). Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to Sobey every other day. Huge washer and dryer. They listed a dish washer, but there was none. Overall, our 8 days were great. Would love to stay there again...

« Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains...

« We were four couples for three days. The house looked good on the surface, but was lacking in several respects. There were no kitchen towels; there were no hand towels or bathmat in the master bath. The carpets weren't clean and smelled bad. The oven was filthy, as were the fan and light over the stove. The oven mitts were dirty. Numerous light bulbs had burned out. The walls in the master bathroom were scraped up and it looked like robe hooks and towel bars had been pulled out of the...

« Le déjeuner était super! L'air climatisée de la chambre fonctionne bien et nous avons accès au patio. Le plancher de la chambre est en tapis qui sent mauvais, un amelioration pourrait être fait de ce coté. De plus, il y avait de l'urine sur la bol de toilette et autour. Il y avait également des poils dans le bain. Les couloirs sentent la cigarette. »
