![We visited Luqillo beach after a morning hiking in El Yunque Rainforest. It was about 10 minutes or so from the rainforest and right off of the main road (super easy to get to). We went in the middle of a weekday and were excited to find the beach wasn't very busy. There are a lot of kiosks to buy food, snorkel masks, sunglasses, etc. but there are quiet areas too as we found here. The water was so clear, warm and calm. "The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks! The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!"
