Neighbors and neighborhood was good. Nobody bothered and location is so convenient. Beach right in front, 9 mins away from a local hang out spot. Everything worked in the apartment and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were large and there were beach chairs along with snorkeling gear. ##### Wanda W. It is in a great location to many attractions on the eastern side and especially the beach. It has a beautiful beach view and breeze. The accommodation is simple, but has just what you need. The beach chairs and cooler were a plus. It has a gate to the building and to the parking which are locked in the evening. The surrounding area is very quiet. Check in/ out was a breeze. Great view of Azul Beach although not swimmable while we were there. 2 bathrooms nice for family. Felt safe during entire stay. We loved the kitchen, fridge, cooler loan, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, in-room laundry machines, nicely appointed. Free parking. While we were there, beach was too rough for actual swimming but fun anyway. Close to Luquillo kiosks and just past that, a nice swimming beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot! ##### Darryl Z. We spent a couple of days just wandering the beach and enjoying the nice warm water. It was so nice to have the beach literally across the street - we could head over for a few minutes or for hours. Easy access to beach although the waves were rough when we were here. The lounge chairs life jacket and many other things were available for us to use. There was a lot of thoughts put into this. So convenient to the beach. We parked the rental car on a Sunday and didn’t move it until we left Saturday. There’s no reason to when it’s so perfect right outside the front door.
