"Beautiful hotel with multiple onsite restaurants, stores and a private beach. The only thing we did not like was there are no microwaves in the rooms. It was difficult with our baby as we needed to warm up his milk multiple times. I had to make so many trips to the lobby where microwaves were placed for use by customers. It was inconvenient. Otherwise no complaints. Front desk staff was awesome. Great service. Thank you for the wonderful stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Condado Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is incredibly welcoming. At check-in, we experienced an issue with our room, but Daisy at the front desk and the manager, Jose, handled it promptly and made sure we were completely taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable."
