Newly remodeled entire home 3 bedroom 2.5 bath corner lot in the heart of Las Vegas near the famous Las Vegas Strip, major freeways, shopping centers, and new Radiers Stadium.

Master bedroom has a inviting king bed with a study corner and spacious master bathroom with walk in closet and tub.

This cozy home includes smart home features like Amazon Alexa, smart thermostat/lights, surround sound system and keyless entry.

With a gorgeous open floor plan set with a 55inch flat screen and plenty of seating you and your guest will enjoy every minute of your stay.

Washer/dryer included in house as well as all appliances and toiletries.

House rules:

Smoking outside or on balcony **ONLY** please. House rules: occupancy limits, there cannot be more than 6 persons in or on our property at any one point of time. Unless approved by owner. -Violation of this can lead to immediate removal of all persons without refunds. (Pets must be disclosed to owner) pet violation of $100. -All guests must respect and follow all guidelines of the HOA. Including loud music violations, quiet hours starting at 9pm. -$200 smoking fee per day violation -$50 late check out fee. -Review and report back any issues after check in please. Inventory is accounted for after each stay. Any new issues that occur during your stay will be subject to charge. Ex: Smoke damage, physical damage, excessive cleaning needed, missing items, etc. -Removal of trash: Tuesday’s by 8am trash bins must be placed on curbside for pick up. Then returned to side yard within 12hrs. Failure to do so will result in fees for third party trash removal services. Minimum $125 fee.

Quiet restful but convenient to all.
The neighborhood was quiet. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great location for shopping and close to strip for all the entertainment you want. The price is a big step up from other properties that are considered budget friendly. Tim was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property.
