« We were looking forward to our stay in grand bend for over a month. The one word I would use for my stay is unprofessional. -Check in process is walking into a bar and asking for my room key. The bartender has to go and ask for the owner in the back.- The room was fine other than the bathroom. « Pro: Parking was in the Crabby Joes lot, easily accessible to room. Cons: parking is tight. Large neon sign directly shining in room 24/7 and the blind on the door leaves a 2 foot gap. Neighbours beside us were smoking on the patio blowing directly in our window. Back exit was propped open with a pan and shoes everywhere on the staircase. Door on main street was the only one locked. Our room was meh. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were flat. There was garbage in the fridge and freezer....

« The vibe is good, walking distance to the beach is the best part. However, our room was not clean. Our sheets had blood on them and we didn’t notice until the next morning. Our TV was not working either, it would turn on but it would freeze at the welcome page. I paid $600 for this place it’s definitely not worth that much. »
