« No staff on site. AT ALL. Bar never open. Had to call customer service to get room door unlocked and all other guest had the same issue. Room was extremely small. Advertisement is completely misleading. A room cost more than the Colonial down the road which is way better and has amazing staff on site with extra amenities. What a joke and a waste of money The Kiwi motel is. »

« This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go. »
