« Pro: Parking was in the Crabby Joes lot, easily accessible to room. Cons: parking is tight. Large neon sign directly shining in room 24/7 and the blind on the door leaves a 2 foot gap. Neighbours beside us were smoking on the patio blowing directly in our window. Back exit was propped open with a pan and shoes everywhere on the staircase. Door on main street was the only one locked. Our room was meh. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were flat. There was garbage in the fridge and freezer....

« This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go. »

« Mold all throughout the shower. Run by a bunch of teenagers who are never at the front desk. Extremely damp towels folded in our rooms and when asked for dry ones they replied the dryer is broken. A staff member entered our room without knocking while we were in bed saying they were here to fix our safe that we never asked to fix. We left a night early because we felt extremely unsafe. Would absolutely not recommend for families. Photos must have been taken years ago. False advertisement. »
