The beautiful adults only Cozy Cottage is located in the relaxing vacation artistic community of Port Franks, just 5 minutes drive from our magnificent unspoiled private community beach on Lake Huron and it's world famous sunsets. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and love seat, and 55" flat screen UHD smart tv with Netflix & YouTube - simply click and watch or login to your favorite personal steaming service through the app on the tv. The Master bedroom has a king size bed full double closet with extra closet, nightstands with lamps equipped with wireless phone charging and usb ports. Luxurious bedding, plush pillows, cozy duvet, and towels included. Katie and Jim are spectacular hosts with amazing communication. The property was wonderful, beautiful and clean! The house was super spacious, spotless, and a perfect fit for our family. The hosts were very communicative and thoughtful—we loved the little welcome tray of snacks. The location is fantastic, just a quick five-minute drive to the private This place has it all, including a private hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, and even a fitness room. We really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer with two little ones in tow. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with cozy robes waiting for us in each bedroom.Overall, a great property in a great spot—we’d happily stay again! ##### Scott N.
