"Located out of town. Free shuttle handy, but it is small. Arrive early to get a seat. Nice yo have space to spread out in apartment. Shame the 2 bedroom apartments are upstairs. I hate lugging suitcases up and down stairs! Convenient kitchen. Did have an “unwanted guest”. A squirrel spotted running across the floor in the morning. He’d eaten some cookies (hope he didn’t get sick), Staff very efficient. Came as soon as we reported it and moved oven, fridge etc to look for any gaps that it may have entered from. Sealed up one small gap. No signs of him after that."

"We had a wonderful 6-day, 5-night stay at Castle Mountain Chalets to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience! We really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary decorations and special touches prepared by the team. After an early flight into Calgary followed by a drive to the chalets, we were already quite tired, so being able to check in early made a huge difference. As soon as we walked in, the chalet felt so cozy, warm and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed after a long journey. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we especially loved the selection of coffee and tea. The wild blueberry tea was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed it so much that we even went looking for it at a shop in Banff. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable throughout our five nights and really appreciated all the little details that made the experience special. Castle Mountain Chalets was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Canadian Rockies. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit!"

"We had an amazing stay at Aspen Lodge! The room was beautiful, and the amenities were great. But our favourite part was definitely the breakfast! 😋 It was delicious, very well organized, and we loved that it was self-serve so we could go back for more whenever we wanted. The location is also AMAZING, right in the heart of Banff! Everything is within walking distance, including the shops, restaurants, and most shuttle pickup points for the lakes and airport, which were only about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff! ❤️🏔️"
