"We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. "

In fact I’ve had several conversations with the guy at the desk( please forgive I’m bad with names) about a variety of topics. It’s like going to the barbershop 😂. Honestly it’s the only place I stay now when I come to ashville. Oh and the pool is heated all yr round. Great gym too"
