This condo was perfect for me and my husband! Very clean, very comfortable and 1 mile from downtown. We really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely book again.
This one bedroom condo is very clean, cozy and in a great location in downtown Asheville. I very much enjoyed my stay. The area feels safe and another perk is having a bakery and restaurant just below on the ground floor. Highly recommend!
Comfortable and roomy apartment near all downtown has to offer!
Well appointed apartment with all the amenities. Two great restaurants directly below the apartment and all that downtown Asheville has to offer just a 10 minute walk away. Good parking, convenient base to do a river float and a few hikes. This will be on my list to stay at again when we visit Asheville :)
This property was great for a weekend getaway in Asheville. Everything we needed was there, although there were two of us who needed dishes/silverware/cups. Location was slightly north of the city - about a 20 minute walk downtown to restaurants and breweries. However, was a good spot for things not in walking distance, such as the Biltmore (15 min drive) and hiking trails (30 mins-1hr away). Property was very clean and spacious for two people. Although, the other reviews are spot on about the walls - they are paper thin and can hear neighbors as if they’re in the living room. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!
Everything was good, great location, enjoy the stay enough for a couple. The first floor has an awesome restaurant and breakfast.
However, our second night a unit was very loud celebrating a party that a couldn't sleep about 11:30. Not happy about that. I texted the property management and it took care about the issue. Busy road street not quiet place to sleep.
We had a great few days here. Loved the apartment. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The restaurant and bakery below were also good. Convenient location but know there are a lot of stairs to bring you suitcase up so pack light.
The condo was clean and as described. A short walk to several restaurants. The kitchen could be better equipped with thinks like pot holders and general utensils. Overall, a quaint little space.
The property was really nice, clean, looked just like the pictures showed. The location was great, within walking distance of stores downtown etc. The restaurants below the apartment were excellent. The only drawback was it's location on a super busy street. The traffic noise was really bad, which is ok if you are used to being in a city. Not so good for those of us that live in a quiet neighborhood.
The property was in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located within a mile walking distance to the restaurants and shops downtown. A great coffee shop and restaurant downstairs. Parking was easy. Be prepared to walk 3 stories up to the apartment. There was a group of guys staying in the building while we were there who were quite noisy in their rooms and in the halls. Other than that, I would give it a good review.
Small but mostly well appointed. Needs a full length mirror and a mirror in the bed room. King bed is WAY too large for space. No bedside tables with reading lamps. Can barely squeeze onto closet side of bed.
We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The apartment/condo is just as described and had everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood. There is a great bakery(closed on Sundays) downstairs and a nice restaurant. You can walk downtown, but it is a hike. There are other restaurants, bars and a Starbucks within easy walking distance. You do have to go up three flights of stairs so you might want to plan your outings accordingly, but it was manageable and we are pretty old.
Great condo, nice and clean. 5 to 10 minutes away from anything you would want to do in Asheville. Really enjoyed our stay.

Average in Asheville
While I really enjoyed the location, the parking situation was not good. There were times when I had to drive around and wait for someone to leave the lot adjacent to the building. The entrance to the building is dirty and the lock on that door is lacking security to say the least. The unit itself was fine but you can hear everyone else in the building. It was just an ok experience. Got the job done but nothing to brag about.
Comfortable, easy to get to, great location. Close to downtown. Loved the bakery downstairs ate breakfast there everyday. The apartment was very clean and would highly recommend.
Me and my friends had an amazing stay at this property! There was open communication and the management team was extremely helpful with any questions we had. It is as advertised and a very spacious apartment. It is around a 1 mile walk to downtown Asheville. Not a bad walk at all if you don’t mind it. TheRe is a great restaurant below the property and a coffee shop. Butcher too! Would stay again! Very grateful for the time we were able to spend there
The past reviews are pretty accurate. It is clean, nice and has all you need. The walls are thin but the 3 floor wasn’t bad.we could hear people talking in the bathroom and living room but our bedroom was fine for sleeping. You do hear traffic but wasn’t terrible for us. Jettie’s Oyster House just a block away was amazing.
Excellent place to stay in Asheville. Accommodations clean and nice. The bakery and restaurant below were perfect for a morning, afternoon or evening staying in. Walkable distance to downtown in under a mile. Definitely items recommend Towns Property and King James 9.
Great location, extremely clean, with well appointed furnishings. Love the restoration... original doors that are solid wood, with wide wood door frames and high baseboards made of wood. Lovely condo. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. That is the only negative. There is a wonderful bakery/sandwich shop and a terrific restaurant as well downstairs at street level. Highly recommend this property!
As healthcare care workers we looked forward to a Valentines weekend away. We knew the weather was going to be rainy and cold but still choose this Asheville getaway for rest and relaxation. The apt was cute but not comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted extremely basic if you plan to do any cooking/baking. The biggest complaint was the paper thin walls- the neighbors which sounded as though they were in our apt, kept us up until after 1:30 am both nights. In the afternoon when we tried to nap they were hooting and hollering as though we were sleeping above a bar. Internet connection was very poor. Great location but will try another rental next time.
