The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. The king bed is comfortable and it has a great bathroom and closet. My only complaint is that the kitchen has only the most basic of pots/pans and utensils. If you are going to be doing much food prep or cooking you might want to bring any specialty items you need/want. The management team did responded quickly when we contacted them for a can opener and a few extra wash cloths so we did not have to do laundry every day. ##### Pam T. An owner took pity on us and helped us to get in. Another owner told us some more information that was not in our description which helped us to figure out the whole system. The unit was nice and suited our needs, but 6:30 Am construction started outside our window with a cage on the side of the building that beeped any time it moved. It was awful! I called towns property management so they could hear how horrible it was and no one bothered to call me back!!! At 11:00 AM I got an email that said there was construction going on that day! Next morning, 6:00Am, we were awakened by what we thought was very loud thunder, but ended up being dumpsters being emptied right across the street. The best thing was the location, we could walk to everything. The only day we got in our car was to visit the Biltmore which was a very short drive.
