Trendy and spacious 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. Located on Carolina Ln., guests are steps away from restaurants, breweries, art galleries and bars. Attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only a 10 minute drive away.

The unit has plenty of space to hang out upstairs bosting tall ceilings, big windows and plenty of areas to relax while you're there. The downstairs is a smaller space that can be separated if guests would like some privacy.

The Space: This is a 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. The upstairs is a continuous space that has a bedroom blocked off for privacy. The downstairs is a smaller space with its own beds, bathroom, desk and entrance.

Guest Access: There is no parking at the unit. Guests will need to find street parking or parking garage parking. Once guests are at the unit all of downtown Asheville is in walking distance.

Great location

We had a great experience at this rental. Austin was quick to respond when needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic space!!!

I stayed here with my young adult kids and we LOVED it! It is such a unique space with character and charm. Loved the decor and the openness. We walked to shops and restaurants. I hope to come back soon.

Right downtown!

Trendy spot right downtown! This location is perfect for folks who want a night on the town/want to be in downtown to get in on all the action. Beautiful space, great communication with host. For those with kids, there's the noise of folks having fun downtown, which made it hard for my kids to sleep.

Location, Location, Location

This was the perfect location for exploring downtown. Ashville. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It gave a family of 4 (2 teens) plenty of room to spread out. Would book again.

I should have read the details regarding the no 100% refund policy since we couldn't come due to my son's surgery, so unfortunately we lost a good chunk of money, but my son and his girlfriend stayed and they had a great time, they loved it:)

Ashville Girls trip

The location is great for hanging out downtown and exploring that area of the city. However, if you want to do anything that’s farther than walking distance it is helpful to have a car and this place did not have parking included. Ride shares were harder to get than I had anticipated. Besides that, Austin was a great host. We had some issues getting into the VRBO initially, but Austin was easy to reach and solved the problem quickly. We had a great weekend in ashville!

The property is in the heart of downtown - convenient walking to dining and shops. Parking is not available at the unit and that was somewhat inconvenient. On street parking is a two hour limit; parking garages are a few blocks away. The unit is in need of deep cleaning although the “light” cleaning (bathrooms, etc) was good. The kitchen is not very well equipped. There were plenty of plates and bowls but glasses and cooking pots need some additional items.

What a gem!!

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas and it was just perfect! Comfy beds, perfect location close to everything, easy to find parking, tons of space. Only complaint would be that it’s a bit drafty in the winter but the nice thick curtains kept most of that out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Great spot close to lots

The unit was clean and accurately described. It is very close to many restaurants and breweries. We were able to walk all around downtown from the apartment. I did not have any questions or concerns during my stay, so I did not have any dialogue with the hosts.

Great walkable location

This space is right in downtown. It is very spacious and bed was quite comfy, as was sofa. Great restaurants and wine bar within a couple blocks. Host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. For parking, there is street parking near by. However, we found it easiest to park in the public garage on Rankin. That way you don’t have to worry about moving your car during meter hours. It is a quick walk from the condo.

Sweet Spot

Enjoyed our stay onCarolina Lane. It is such a convenient walk to the Montford neighborhood, South Slope and , obviously, anyplace downtown. Spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and 2 separate sleeping spaces both with bathrooms and showers. Washer and dryer too!
