"We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends."

"This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal."

Then only a few extra minutes to hit the strip and do some shopping at Mast. The apartment was very comfortable and inviting. They even included coffee, which I really appreciated. We'll definitely be staying here again!"

"Perfect spot for a vacation with friends. Well appointed kitchen. Decks are lovely. Beautiful view complete with bear sighting! Have to be cautious pulling out of driveway due to limited visibility. Suzy was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Asheville."

"This property was as it was pictured on the site. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. I loved the real plants situation around the apartment. The hostess and her daughter were friendly and kind. I felt the area was safe. I was very grateful to have off street parking. :)"

"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"

Very thorough instructions for the stay. Wonderful patio so cute and relaxing for morning coffee and after a day of running around. Private hot tub was awesome.
