« Hôtel très bien situé, face au Malecon. Chambre vue mer très bruyante jusqu'à passé minuit. Stationnement facile et très sécuritaire, 3 gardiens. Petit désagrément, nous avons trouvé une debarbouillette sale qui avait été utilisé. Nous avains demandé une chaise de douche pour handicapé mais malheureusement elle était défectueuse, ce qui est plus dangereux qu'une chaise de plastique ordinaire.Et le souper buffet n'etait vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. »

« Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan was a gorgeous resort - the staff went above and beyond, the view from our room was unbelievable. The beach was stunning and the pools were well maintained. The food was overrall very good, Angelos was excellent, the buffet had a good variety, Cilantros for dinner was great - their breakfast hit and miss. I wish our room had a little fridge and a proper coffee maker - that was our only real complaint. Overall a really nice experience - I would not hesitate to come...
