"On check-in we were given a room that unfortunately had an odour to it. However, the staff were very efficient on changing our room due to this. The room we did get was just fine."

"Likes: friendly staff! Great facilities! Dislikes: always seemed to be somebody smoking outside at the entrance… Not sure what the rules are in Alberta, but in Manitoba people have to be 25 m from the door – that was not observed here."

"Everything was very good staying in this facility. The only thing they could improve I think was that they open swimming pool and hot tub until 8 PM so we arrive late every day so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it.."

"Our room was clean but there were drywall patches on the walls. The room door needed to be pulled open very hard which was so noisy it is hard to describe. To close it my husband had to put full body weight against it just to close it. The room was clean but the bathroom was not great. The sink was cracked and it was not clean looking. There was only the ceiling light in the room. The curtains did not close fully so we needed to figure out a way to keep them together in order to block out the light. We used a hair elastic and a pressing cloth that we brought along by accident. It was quiet though."
