"I think from the moment that we got there, it was such a beautiful experience. One of our main person that took care of us was Robert Roberto, who was super nice. Everything was very easy. It’s very close to downtown area too if you feel like you want to go off the resort even going to the beach despite having to take a shuttle, it was still a very fun experience everything was so easy to get to the food was great yeah 10 out of 10."

"Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom"

"This was not there fault in a way, I did not read the part of sharing washroom amenities and was alet dow. The other factor it was that we have only afan for cooling and una place where the weather is over 30c at night that is well not good. Also the whole having to go through military security was about to much because the Internet does not work properly by the gate area and it took a long time to be able to confirm I had a reservation. "

"No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance "
