Livingroom \- Sofa that doubles as a futon (if you have a 3rd guest). \- Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Check in was easy and Scott was easy to reach. The furniture was a bit chintzy, we were worried the couch would break if we sat on it and the bistro kitchen set as well but fortunately nothing even came close to breaking. The host though of everything, literally. Things that you wouldn't think would even be needed were there. Everything was excellent, cozy and very welcoming. The property was exactly as discribed. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I have family in Islip so I’ve stayed at two other rentals in the area and this was by far the best. It is in a modest neighborhood of homes that are well taken care of. It is also nice knowing you have a dedicated parking spot. The best part of the stay for me though was the quiet. The only thing that woke me up in the morning were the birds. I’m hoping the apartment is available the next time I’m in town. ##### Michelle W. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday . Our flight came in very late and we had no trouble finding or getting into our apt. Very clean and well maintained . Plenty of hot water for showers .
