"Beach was fantastic I wish people smoked less there though. Gustavo was amazing at bribing us the correct drinks in a timely fashion and was super friendly. Took the time to remember our names. Bamboo restaurant deserves to be a sit down and not a buffet. Steakhouse rib eye steak was mediocre, but the steak at the Kulinarium and Italian were great. Front desk staff and bellboys were great."

"This is our 2nd time here and we went back mainly for the gourmet food. We enjoyed Hiroshi Fire table the most followed by Blanca Blue, Food Truck, Bocados & Snack Bar. The breakfast buffet spread was really good with lots of selections as well. Food at DAO was just ok but we enjoyed the show when they were serving desserts (for a birthday). Service by the F&B crew was consistently great at all places. The only con I have is the “presentation” disguised as VIP upgrade or free breakfast/spa/tours but is actually just timesharing. We did not go for this and we do hope the concierge will respect and professionally accept the guests’ decision to reject such offers. Other than this, everything was great. Clean rooms, generous supply of snacks and drinks in the room, plush towels and comfy pillows."

"It was really a very nice Resort for the price.t the food was good and really plentiful. Room was clean and very nice balcony. The five pools were fine but a bit of a disappointment since they are all just lined up next to each other, so that's really like having one very very large rectangular pool divided by walking paths and rows of chairs, and the loud music and activities could be heard from any pool so it was a little hard if you wanted to just do some quiet reading which we did. Other than that I very much liked it."
