Innisfil Vacation Packages

We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. Paper towels were in the unit for the kitchen but when it was used up they said they don’t supply paper towel so we had nothing to wipe up with in kitchen. They had sprayed down the road with some solution that let the bottom of our shoes yucky even the next morning. Very poor experience.

Love the hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Room is well planned, clean and comfortable. Great location close to theatres and restaurants. Very affordable for downtown Toronto. Short walk from the train station.

Everyone was exceptionally kind. The hotel was fair new and maintained to perfection. Room was a nice size. Location was perfectly situated for walking short distances to local attractions. Ubers were plentiful and inexpensive. My only complaint was there was nothing complimentary. No coffee or tea in the lobby. No cookies at the front desk. There were up charges for anything that came from the kitchen. Would have been really nice to have breakfast automatically included. Thanks again. Michael G

I loved staying here. Super clean, quite and friendly staff and wonderful guest room

A little gem of a find. Would have given stars but there were ants in one of the bedrooms. That said I would go back. Great location (parking is a bit sketchy), great staff.
