Qualicum Bay Resort

8/10 Good

"They've got rv pads, rooms and cabins. We stayed in a room. The room was great: clean, quiet (despite being close to the highway) and had a big patio out back. Ample parking. There's not much immediately around the hotel. The attached restaurant (Henry's) is defunct but there's a food truck, bar and two cafes in walking distance. For anything else (like ice), expect to drive."

"Beautiful location! Right on the beach! Great for families. Room was clean but a lot of things needed attention. Broken items. No rubber bath mats for tub. Very dangerous! If you’re on the second floor, be aware there is no elevator for taking your things up. All in all we had a good stay. Brought all the the suggestions to their attention. It’s been bought out by a big corporation now so not the same feel as before."

10/10 Excellent

"The property was great, the living room and kitchen were very big. We did alot of our own cooking. Still lots of restaurants and stores near by. The shower supplies were fantastic, I might need to purchase it. The pool was good but if you are looking for a quiet while sunbathing its not a spot for you. Lots of kids which was fine with us. If we wanted it quieter we would just go to our spacious balcony."

"Thank you, Jordan, for the excellent service! Check-in was quick and seamless, and Jordan took the time to clearly explain all of the hotel’s amenities. What made our stay even more special was how welcome my dog, Bonzai, was made to feel with a welcome treat package. The warm welcome and attention to detail made a great first impression. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would gladly stay here again. Sam ,Holly and Bonzai!"
